30 day Home Trial

We are confident that you will love your new Sewing machine, but to be absolutely sure, we offer a 30 day home trial so you can set up and test your machine in the comfort of your own home. This gives the option to exchange it for another model within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of 30 day home trial

• Machines must be purchased at Sewing Outlet up to the maximum value of £599 can be trialled for up to 30 days from delivery.
• If within 30 days of delivery you decide you would like to exchange it for another model, please Get In Touch with us. 
• Returned machine must be in original condition, in original box with all supplied accessories.
• For most mainland UK addresses we are able to collect the machine when delivering a replacement at no cost. If this is not possible or you are outside of our collection zone, you would need to send the machine back to us using your own courier.
• This is an exchange only scheme. To return your item for a refund, our standard returns policy applies and must be arranged within 14 days of delivery.
• The item you are exchanging to must be of same or higher value. Part refunds will not be offered. If you upgrade to another model, the difference in price (if any) must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.
