With your customer service experience, you’ll be able to give our customers the help they need by communicating with them via all our channels - online chat, phone, email and social.
You'll help customers place orders online and by phone as well as resolving customer issues which typically can be but not limited to scheduling collections, tracking orders, processing refunds and exchanges and answering first line queries. You liaise with suppliers and carrier partners to resolve any issues the customer has with the product or service.
You will be responsible for
• Providing excellent customer service for our customers
• Helping customer place orders online or over the phone
• Being knowledgeable about the products and we offer and carrying out the procedures behind our policies
• Following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines
You will need
• Experience within a customer service or customer facing role
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• The ability to create rapport with customers, giving them a positive experience
• To take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers as well as the business
• Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others
• Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit and celebrating success
• Basic IT skills
• Strong written and spoken English.

Working as a fulfilment associate, you will provide critical support in helping us deliver products to our customers.
You will be trained in a range of processes in an exciting, busy atmosphere whilst working to specific deadlines.
You will be responsible for
• Handling the full range of goods by the Outlet Group
• Pick and Pack our customer orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity
• Accurately pack and ship our customer orders to ensure we meet customers' high expectations and deadlines
• Accurately read system instructions and use barcode scanners to ensure the correct orders have been picked
• Receive deliveries and accurately put away stock
• Relocate products when needed
• Operate carts and hand trucks
• Consistently achieve targets set for your department
• Adhere to safety and quality standards
You will need
• Standing and/or walking to locate products to pick and then pack
• Lifting and moving products up to 12kg in weight. Most products are 1kg - 2kg in weight
• Lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching may be required
• Help loading/ unloading of goods into the office/ warehouse
• Pushing and pulling product up to 12kg in weight
• Manual dexterity of both hands and wrists
• responsible for weighing parcels and calculating postage weight and price
• use of a PC to print postage labels

With your sales and customer service experience, you’ll be able to give our customers the help they need when they need it most, predominately via live online chat, but also by email and social channels.
You’ll place orders, track orders, schedule collections, and answering first line queries. You will maintain up to date and accurate records, and talk our customers through any issues they have.
You will be responsible for
• Help customers navigate our online checkout ensuring they receive an easy, seamless personalised experience
• Providing excellent customer service is crucial for this role as you will have upset, elderly or non technical customers calling
• Being knowledgeable about the products and services online and helping customers by giving a natural service
• Take orders over the phone
• Following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines
• At times you may be required to accept deliveries into the office
You will need
• Experience within a customer service or sales role
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• The ability to create rapport with customers, meaning they leave the online store having experienced a great shopping trip
• To take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers as well as the business
• Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others
• The ability to adapt your style to different customer demands
