Returns Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery.
Any unwanted items must be sent back, in original packaging and condition, as new undamaged, unused and in a resalable condition. Any free gifts or promotional items supplied must also be returned.
After the 14 day period has expired, you are covered under the product guarantee which can be viewed here.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If your item is valued under £600 and being returned within 30 days we can also offer an exchange - see our 30 day home trial policy.
Replacement original packaging may be able to be supplied (a cost will apply) if you have discarded the box or polystyrene.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Software products
- Used items
To complete your return, you will need to obtain a returns number.
You will also be provided with the correct address to return your item to within the UK.
Please do not send your purchase back to our office address shown on the contact us page.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or returns refused (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please re-check your bank account.
Then contact your bank or credit card company to find out their timescales in receiving refunds and processing them into your account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should Contact us to receive your Returns Number and correct returns address. We cannot accept returns without a valid returns number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (if not free) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
